Job Description:
ICF delivers process improvement (PI) and program management
office (PMO) support services to clients at the state and federal
levels. We are seeking a mid-level business analyst / process
engineer to help our client within the State of New Jersey to
document and develop recommendations to optimize business processes
within the Division of Disaster Recovery and Mitigation (DDRM)
Chief Financial Officer's (CFO) organization.The candidate must be
a self-starter who is able to work with little supervision within a
fast-paced organization. The candidate will demonstrate excellent
client communication and collaboration skills with the ability to
quickly develop relationships at all levels of the client
organization. Ability to work periodically at the client site in
Trenton, New Jersey.Key Responsibilities:+ Engage with client staff
to identify as-is business processes, both documented and
un-documented+ Enumerate and document organization business
processes using standards-based methodology and notation using
clear, concise language+ Assess and analyze existing processes to
identify relationships, dependencies, inputs, outputs, and
opportunities for improvement+ Facilitate activity and data
modeling to understand current processes, identify best practices,
and guide strategic improvements and decisions+ Plan, design,
document and implement effective document management processes
using document creation tools such as MS Visio, PowerPoint,
SharePoint and/or other document management tools+ Collaborate with
team members to validate and institutionalize optimized processes+
Prepare responses/reports for ICF PM, client and other government
staff+ Prepare management and technical presentations on general
processes, specific project tasks and deliver or support delivery
of the presentations+ Work as part of the overall ICF Project team
to deliver high quality services and products to government
clientsBasic Qualifications:+ Bachelor's degree+ 5+ years of
experience+ 1 year of experience collecting/organizing information,
interviewing clients, and documenting business processes+ 1 year of
experience with business process notation standards and best
practicesPreferred Skills/Experience:+ Familiarity with CFO
functions and responsibilities+ Familiarity with Disaster
Management financial accounting and management+ Previous consulting
experience+ Certification in business analysis, Lean Six Sigma, or
other related disciplinesProfessional Skills:+ Excellent written
and verbal communication skills+ Ability to lead but also work
collaboratively and cohesively in a team environment+ Excellent
planning and organizational skills+ Strong analysis and technical
skills+ Excellent data collection and analysis skills+ Ability to
identify support gaps, and address or temporarily fill as required
to get the mission done as part of the ICF team+ Meeting
facilitation experience+ Developing and cultivating strong customer
relationships+ Solid computer skills with Microsoft applications

. Pay Range - There are multiple factors that are considered in
determining final pay for a position, including, but not limited
to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications and
competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location,
education and certifications as well as contract provisions
regarding labor categories that are specific to the position. The
pay range for this position is $55,089.00 - $93,652.00Nationwide
