The Case Management Program Monitor provides specialized,
functional support alongside an ongoing government monitoring and
evaluation initiative. The Case Management Program Monitor conducts
primary and secondary data collection at assigned grantee sites to
measure compliance and assess program performance.
Essential Tasks Include:
Program Support Serves as a subject matter expert on programs
related to case management.
Updates assigned programs monitoring toolkits.
Monitoring Performs on-site and remote monitoring reviews to
ascertain grantee compliance with program requirements and collect
data on programmatic outcomes.
Conducts individual and/or group interviews with grantee staff,
program participants, and external stakeholders about program
administration, operations, quality of services, and program
Reviews program data, including grantee program documentation,
pre-monitoring questionnaires, and client case files to determine
compliance with grant requirements and client policies and
Identifies any grantee potential promising practices and technical
Advises grantees and client staff of preliminary monitoring
Writes monitoring reports containing in-depth analyses and
assessments of findings.
Other Activities Provides training or guidance on selected
monitoring and evaluation related topics for various stakeholders
and team members as needed.
Contributes to the development and writing of M&E analysis
reports and other related deliverables.
Participates in meetings as required and assists with additional
projects as needed.
Requires BSW or equivalent degree (MSW strongly preferred) with 5+
years of Monitoring and Evaluation experience.
Five or more years of case management experience working with
survivors of torture, immigrants, refugees, and/or underserved
Demonstrated specialized program assessment expertise.
Exceptional analytical skills.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Expertise with MS Office suite of tools.
Ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance.
