  • Responsible for building and maintaining strategic sourcing channels to enable hiring diverse talent with potential to grow

    • Responsible for end to end recruitment including onboarding

    • Lead the employee check in process across subsidiaries (30-60-90 day engagement for new hires Analytics
      • Facilitate annual process of identifying business critical positions
      • Individual is responsible to ensure resource availability across GPI positions with specific focus on business critical positions
      • Maintain recruiting dashboard with diverse statistics on time to fill, tenures, diversity and candidate experience and onboarding
      • Provide recruitment updates across subsidiaries on a weekly and monthly basisStakeholder Management
        • Individual must develop business understanding and maintain positive relationships with hiring managers and candidates
        • Individual will support Associate director - HR strategy in identifying external talent to strengthen succession planning for identified roles.
        • Conduct half yearly refresher sessions to hiring leaders and managers in the use of interviewing approach, recommend resources and techniques for interviewing, assessing and evaluating applicantsRecruiting Eco-System
          • Responsible for the maintenance of recruitment partner agreements, ATS, job boards and other systems to ensure competitive advantage.
          • Responsible for hiring manager engagement and recruitment process feedback - internal and external
          • Appropriately challenge recruitment process to ensure hiring activities have the appropriate priority and to select the top candidate considering a mix of skills, abilities, potential, and diversity.
          • Maintain fully compliant Global Recruitment services in line with country policies/guidelines
          • Support on international talent mobility
          • Responsible to maintain updated job descriptions at all times and to annually revisit the job descriptions for necessary updatesReports to: Associate Director, HR RequirementsBachelors/ Masters in I/O Psychology or Human Resource Management (required)At least 3 years of recruiting experience for generic pharma manufacturing (Required)Experience in reporting recruitment analytics is a must(required)Experience maintaining ATS (required)Certificate in online recruiting or similar would be helpfulInterested in hearing more?
