Job Description: Our client is looking for a Manager to lead our Paid Search Analytics team. This role will be responsible for setting the analytical agenda for one of our largest digital marketing channels and will require strong partnership with teams across Marketing, Data Science, Technology, Creative and external vendors (E.g., Google and Microsoft.)
Responsibilities of Role

• Develop and maintain analytical plan for paid search
• Analyze performance data and translate results into clear and useful business insights
• Design and implement tests to improve the profitability of SEM
• Model our performance to determine optimal spend levels
• Create and distribute reports to influence strategic decision-makingQualifications and Requirements
  • BA/BS in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Math, Economics, or related field
  • 5+ years of marketing analysis, financial analysis, strategic analysis, engineering or similar experience
  • 2+ years of Paid Search experience
  • Experience with advanced analytics, statistics, and modeling preferred
  • Experience using SQL, Python, Excel, Tableau, and PowerPoint is a plus
  • Work location is flexible if approved by the Company except that position may not be performed remotely from Hawaii or Colorado
