As the Senior Manager, Process Management, you will lead a team of associates to deliver flawlessly executed standards and controls for critical business processes that directly impact customers, front line associates and improve our risk posture. You will monitor data trends to measure effectiveness and install necessary benchmarks or thresholds to ensure data integrity. You collaborate with other process owners to educate and gain buy-in from key stakeholders concerning the utilization of process to ensure appropriate execution each and every time.Responsibilities of this role include:Leading cross-functional teams to drive complex process improvement initiatives, ensuring governance routines are established and managed effectively.Creating & executing on a strategy that aligns Bank Product's L2 processes and controls across Intent and Execution value chains for the Retail Bank.Leading and developing a team of process experts that will define, document, deliver and manage L2 processes and controls in alignment with end state goals.Designing, developing, and managing process initiatives in a dynamic environment, revising needs to meet changing requirements.Providing strategic and tactical thought partnership to effectively drive results.Building relationships and collaborating with key stakeholders to ensure delivery of commitments.Demonstrate curiosity and aptitude to learn about the current regulatory environment and internal policies within Retail Bank and the Enterprise.Cultivate a culture that is adaptive, inclusive and focused on associate growth and development that embraces our changing environment.Basic Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree, military experience, or at least 5 years of process management experienceAt least 5 years of Process Management OR - Project Management experienceAt least 2 years of People Management experienceAt least 2 years of Relationship Management experienceAt least 2 years in a Risk Management experienceAt least 1 year using Google Suite (Sheets, Gmail, Slides, etc.)At least 1 year using Confluence for maintaining documentationPreferred Qualifications:Master's Degree in Business Management, Process Management, Project Management, Risk ManagementProcess Management Certification (i.e. LEAN / Six Sigma)Compliance Certification (i.e. CRCM, CIPP, etc.)8+ years of Process Management experience5+ years of Project Management experience5+ years of People Management experience5+ years of Relationship Management experience - - -5+ years of Risk Management experience3+ years using ConfluenceAt this time, Capital One will not sponsor a new applicant for employment authorization for this position.No agencies please.
