About the Role:Goodshuffle Pro is seeking an Account Manager to handle a wide range of responsibilities, with the primary focus of retaining and growing accounts. You will work collaboratively with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to ensure youre effectively showcasing value to all clients via product education and consultative sales.
Primary Responsibilities Include:

  • Educating users via value-driven product webinars and personalized 1:1 video sales demos of account upgrades (such as specific integrations and features)
  • Acting as a trusted advisor to clients; cheerleading and supporting users to properly implement software and utilize new features
  • Reducing churn and increasing account growth by strategizing with sales and customer success teams on where additional touch points are most needed
  • Analyzing client engagement and product usage via reports and create sales pipeline for account growth
  • Collaborating with marketing to create email and social media campaigns to encourage user engagement and feature adoption
  • Regularly checking in with accounts to prevent churn and ensure client happiness
    What Youll Need:
    • Bachelors degree or equivalent
    • Ability to learn new technology quickly and thoroughly
    • Exceptional people skills (with a wide variety of personalities)
    • Patience in communicating technical concepts to non-technical people
    • A knack for persuasion and/or reframing situations with positivity
    • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills (superior grammar and spelling required)
    • Demonstrated solution-oriented mindset, organizational skills, attention to detail and disciplined execution
    • A strong desire to help clients succeed

      Strong Preference for Applicants with any of the following experience:
      • SaaS sales experience
      • Events industry experience
      • Or experience with any of the following tools: Hubspot, Intercom, JIRA, Excel, Google Sheets, Zoom, MixPanel
