What You Will Be Doing
You will be our first full time Talent Acquisition hire so this is
a great opportunity to create a new department.
Hire for executive level roles such as COO, CEO, VP, President, GM
etc... for our portfolio of companies.
Build out our hiring process.
Work closely with stakeholders to understand requirements.
Full lifecycle recruitment from intake to close.
Source candidates utilizing a variety of sourcing tools and
Partner with hiring managers to ensure a phenomenal interviewing
experience for candidates.
Build outstanding relationships with stakeholders and
What You Need for this Position
Full lifecycle recruiting skills
Experience handling senior level searches (Director and above)
Stellar communication skills
Either agency or corporate experience
High volume experience
A strong appreciation for our mission/values
A generalist, able to effectively work on hires across the
