Job Title: Director of Program Management

Division: QualTek Wireless LLC

FSLA Status : Exempt

Reports To: Vice President of Program Management Office

Job Summary: This position is responsible for leading the Program Management Office (PMO) team to ensure all organizational programs and projects meet the specified objectives and requirements.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Direct PMO team and work with other departmental leadership to ensure deliverables meet expected criteria and deadlines

Understand and interpret customer-driven requirements according to contract terms

Interpret data, analyze trends, and utilize best practice data to prepare and deliver process improvement recommendations that meet or exceed quality control standards

Support the development of predictive models from large data sets

Develop and monitor internal process flows to ensure requirements are being followed and to provide consistency throughout the Company

Analyze key performance indicators (KPI) and service-level agreements (SLA) for consistency across all customer bases

Partner with senior leadership to identify and prioritize opportunities for utilizing IT to achieve Company goals

Other duties as assigned

Supervisory Job Duties:

Carries out supervisory duties in accordance with the Company s objectives, policies, and applicable laws. Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to, planning, assigning, and directing work, interviewing, hiring, training, evaluating performance, rewarding and disciplining employees, addressing employee concerns, and partnering with Human Resources to resolve escalated employee matters.

Qualifications: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty mentioned satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills, and/or ability required.


Bachelor s degree in a relevant field from a four-year college or university


Five years experience in the wireless telecommunications industry

Four plus years experience with data warehousing and data management

Two plus years experience as an Analyst, Project Manager, or Project Coordinator in the wireless, telecommunications, construction, or public utility industries

Demonstrated experience with data driven decision making

Demonstrated experience in engaging and influencing large teams and functional leaders

Technical Skills:

Computer and Microsoft Office proficiency

Working knowledge of standards and regulations in the wireless industry

Experience working with high volume, high velocity, and high variety data such as text, log files, and audio

Soft Skills:

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Ability to work independently and as a member of various teams

Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment under strict deadlines

Ability to think analytically, apply sound judgement, and solve problems

Ability to lead, teach, train, and motivate staff

Physical Requirements:

Must be able to pass pre-employment screening that includes background and drug testing

Must have a valid driver s license and a drive record that meets Company requirements

Sitting at a desk for 6-8 hours a day

Working on a computer for 6-8 hours a day

May be required to work long and unpredictable hours

Ability to travel up to 50% of the time, including short notice travel. Travel includes local site travel or national travel depending on business needs.
