Your role:To all passionate and experienced Talent Scouts out there: Adjust is looking for a well connected Talent Acquisition Manager / Recruiter to handle E2E recruiting for all business roles to have a direct impact on the growth of our international and vibrant adtech company. Your strength is to build highly efficient hiring teams together with different internal stakeholders. Your responsibilities:

  • Manage the full lifecycle recruiting process for business and commercial roles across Sales, HR, Finance, Legal and Marketing (all levels up to VP) in close collaboration with internal stakeholders
  • Be a strategic partner for your hiring managers by consulting them on market insights and providing the best recruiting practices to find the top-notch talents
  • Handle high volume roles by building efficient processes and proactively apply creative sourcing strategies to fill challenging positions with low pipelines
  • Use a data-driven approach to measure, monitor and suggest improvements in order to fulfil the hiring plan
  • Drive our recruiting principles by providing an outstanding candidate experience, foster diversity and unbiased hiring decisions
  • Bring your ideas on how to improve processes, collaboration with stakeholders and metrics usage
  • Collaborate in innovative side projects (i.e. Employer Branding, Diversity & Inclusion, Interview Trainings)
    What you bring:
    • 3+ years of experience in recruiting in a fast-paced environment in a global tech or product company with a proven track record of business and commercial hires from individual contributor to VP level
    • Experience with global recruiting for US and LATAM market
    • Data-driven and solution-oriented mindset
    • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills, assertiveness paired with tact, intuition and sure instinct
    • High passion for diversity and ideas how to build sustainable diverse talent pipelines
    • Team player with an agile mindset, high adaptability, a healthy self-reflection and feedback culture
    • Strong communication skills (fluent English)
