The Project Coordinator works in a team environment with internal and external parties to organize the various components needed to ensure the successful delivery of the program. The Project Coordinator may work directly with the customer, as well as other stakeholders (vendors, shared services, subcontractors) involved in delivering the program. Leading, driving and growing the Insights, Invention and Innovation, the Director of Product Lifecycle will work as a part of the Product Organization to monitor to shepherd ideas through the product life cycle. This role is designed to serve as a key point person that monitors the hand offs involved in not only the ideas but also the requests that are submitted for Product delivery. The individual in this role will work closely with the Global Technology Director of Agile Facilitation as well as the Director of Product Governance to ensure ideas that are accepted, flow through the existing life cycle channels and are acknowledged and acted upon appropriately by each required team. This role is also accountable for raising identified risks with appropriate stakeholders and devising a plan to get to a solution. Qualifications Performs planning, and analysis activities for the ideas and opportunities accepted and initiated across Product and Portfolio organization. Coordinate with business owners and market resources to align on requirements and work through issue resolution Proactively identify risks, threats, or opportunities that could impact the success of the effort, notifying the team and escalating issues when appropriate Ensure that requirements for digital and/or functional development of enabling technology are prioritized. Understand external digital trends and translate these into capability and innovation strategies, team mindset and ways of working. Maintain deep awareness of competitive offerings and their positioning Recruit, retain and develop top product management talent. Manage the ideas and requests that are submitted and provide follow up to business owners upon submission, which outlines next steps or further needs for consideration. Effectively incorporate delivery schedules and operational changes into future revenue forecasts and revenue timeline considerations alongside of the Director of Product Governance. Work with Product Management to ensure understanding of, and therefore contributes to the development of, a high-quality virtual learning experience. Work with other partners across the Lines of Business (like Governance, Product Delivery, Capabilities, Solutions PdM) to ensure bi-directional information exchange and cross-functional value. Maintains effective relationships within own and related areas Remove impediments for teams and accelerate development when the opportunity arises Communicates point of view in a compelling way and with expertise across a wide range of projects and internal/ external clients Solves problems by using expertise to evaluate multiple sources of information, and creating innovative solutions to problems Must be capable of developing and implementing multiple projects simultaneously with tight deadlines Must be comfortable with ambiguity and pivoting priorities- and help others be comfortable as well Must communicate highly complex information to colleagues in a way that can be easily understood Excellent problem solver. Understands the requirement and enjoys getting involved in the detail of complex needs, processes and legacy systems. Can remain focused in the face of resistance. Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a business, marketing, information or technology field. Minimum 3 years experience managing digital content creation related projects, resources and stakeholders Proficiency with research databases and search engines. Thorough understanding of information architecture principles and practices Knowledge of Microsoft and Google business applications preferred. Advanced knowledge of Learning Management Systems (LMS), Educational Management Systems, or Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems is preferred.
