RealREPP, a full-service recruiting firm is currently teaming with a national telecommunications company to assist them in hiring a Manager, Field Operations! This person will be responsible for the overall management of telecom infrastructure projects across a portfolio of commercial properties and will play an integral role in the growth and expansion of this region. This position will report directly into the COO.We are looking for a candidate with a strong technical skill set, who is excited for the opportunity to grow into a leadership position.This company operates in many of the major markets in the US and is currently looking to expand their team in the Washington DC area! We are looking for a highly motivated individual who is able to take matters into their own hands and be a part of a stable, growing organization!This role offers an excellent base salary + a very strong overall benefits package!Responsibilities* Plan and schedule labor and material resource requirements* Track labor hours according to budget and project schedule* Communicate statuses, future plans of action, potential issues and resolutions of all assigned projects* Manage multiple, small to medium size projects* Track and manage material according to budgeted quantities* Communicate with clients and support their needs in a timely and professional order* Attend client meetings as necessaryRequirements* At least High School or GED certificate* Hands-on experience with fiber cables, including termination of fiber, splicing fiber, ability to use testing equipment is a must* Knowledge and prior experience with all aspects of copper cables, multi pair riser and tie cabling* Must have working knowledge and be proficient with all types of test equipment* Ability to properly utilize all technical capabilities and successfully carry out all projects on time and on budget* Ability to provide mentorship and instill this same thought process and philosophy in the personnel under your directionIf you are interested in finding out more about this opportunity, please register and apply online (www.RealREPP.com) or send your resume to HaleyPaek@RealREPP.com and all qualified candidates will be contacted immediately.
