TeleTracking Government Services Washington D.C., District Of Columbia Position Title: Program Director- Pending Contract Award Location: Washington DC Metro Area or Pittsburgh, PA Reports directly to : General Manager Reports indirectly to : President Teletracking Interacts with: The Government Contracting Agent, Solutions, Technology, Tele SLT, Finance, Client Transformation , General Manager Job Summary : TeleTracking Government Services (TGS) is looking for a Program Director with a strong background and experience managing the daily operations of our Federal Government Strategic Business Unit. Primary Duties :

  • Conceive, articulate, and create alignment around novel solutions that solve meaningful problems for clients within the public sector
  • Primary accountability for managing the daily delivery of TGS solutions and obligations under existing contracts. This includes the design, development, deployment and support of solutions. Includes managing the work of subcontractors and consultants, as appropriate.
  • Organize, direct and coordinate planning and execution of all contract activities, and review the work of subordinates, including subcontractors, to ensure that the schedule, standards, and reporting responsibilities are met
  • Own and cultivate the working relationship with sponsors and key clients on existing contracts.
  • Support the broader TGS team in the identification and pursuit of new opportunities in the public sector, at a regional, state or federal level
  • Ensure outstanding client satisfaction and measurable outcomes on existing programs
  • Manage the allocation of staff and other assets on programs to achieve targeted financial outcomes for TGS
  • Ensure that all work on this contract complies with the contract terms and conditions and is approved/coordinated with senior corporate managers Basic Qualifications : --- 10 years Product and Program Management experience on large scale technology and healthcare contracts for the public sector --- Demonstrates integrity, respect, and a commitment to excellence, collaboration, agility, and diversity --- Experience organizing, directing, and managing contract operation support functions involving multiple, complex, and interrelated project tasks --- Experience effectively communicating at senior levels within a customer organization --- Experience meeting with customer and contractor personnel to formulate and review task plans and deliverable items, and effectively execute in accordance with approved plans --- Ability to collaborate with technical staff and customers in forming strategies to improve performance, reliability, and cost effectiveness --- Experience mentoring staff in order to maintain high levels of performance and positive morale --- Experience managing tools, purchases, and a demonstrated understanding of purchasing systems --- Knowledge of Healthcare Operations --- Knowledge of industry/government best practices
    • Certification in Project Management from a recognized credentialing agency (PMP), certification in Program Management ( PgMP ) required
    • U .S. Citizenship required and ability to obtain a Full Background Investigation Preferred Qualifications --- Experience developing a strategic vision for a complex organization, balancing modernization needs with critical daily operations and maintenance requirements. --- Experience managing programs or projects in a Strategic Business Unit (SBU) environment.
