The Single Family Marketing and Communications Group is seeking
a Marketing & Communications Client & Community Engagement (CCE)
Manager to be part of the Single-Family Communications team. This
position reports to a Director, Marketing & Communications. : Your
Work Falls into Three Primary Categories: Communication Develop a
sales-enabled communication strategy that supports the overall
goals and objectives of the client facing sales team Create a
communications strategy that aligns with scorecard mandates and
business objectives for affordable lending, Duty to Serve, and
community partners. Lead a team of communicators in the development
and execution of rich content that promotes Freddie Mac products
and services, GSE alignment, credit policy updates, industry
communications, etc. Project Management Work closely with business
partners to understand the client needs, market risks, industry
impacts to our business, etc. and quickly build communications to
address the need. Cultivate strong working relationships with key
partners across the single-family division, including credit
policy, client solutions, digital marketing, business partners,
change management, and learning groups. Lead multiple efforts,
deliver results quickly and adapt work plans and approaches to
changing needs. Collaborate with others to craft content campaigns,
toolkits, content repository, social and digital, and other
platforms. Qualifications Qualifications Typically has a Bachelor's
degree in communication, marketing, or a related field or
comparable professional experience. Minimum of 5-8 years of
professional work experience in business-to-business communication.
3-5 years of people management experience, both exempt and
non-exempt employees. Experience in the primary or secondary
mortgage market. Robust marketing communication, promotional and
technical writing skills and experience, demonstrated by a solid
professional communication portfolio of past business-to-business,
multi-channel communication work that includes experience with
digital, social, email, and direct mail communications. Strong
communication planning, project and client management skills.
Strong customer focus, networking and relationship-building skills
augmented by diplomacy and negotiating skills. Strong presentation
and organization skills. Ability to work quickly, be flexible and
keep a cool head under pressure while delivering work under tight
deadlines. Creative, self-starter able to work independently and
collaboratively in a team environment. Keen attention to detail.
