-- You will have hands-on experience of leading a team to
over-achieve on revenue targets and the recruitment and retention
of talented sales people.
-- You will have demonstrable management experience with direct
reports in a fast paced, highly competitive, ever-changing sales
-- You will have experience communicating and presenting at an
executive level -this role will regularly interact with / present
to VPs and C-level executives.
-- You will have experience managing and validating sales forecasts
from account managers, so you will have demonstrable, comprehensive
understanding of sales pipeline processes, forecasting activities,
territory planning & management, and incentive compensation best
-- You will have a proven track record for meeting sales quota in a
broad, diverse and complex geography.
