Job Summary The Marketing Acquisitions Program Manager fills a strategic role in the MyEyeDr. organization. A significant percentage of the growth in the organization comes from the acquisition of existing optometric practices across the US and integrating them into the MyEyeDr. brand. This person is the single point of contact for marketing with the related Integrations teams and the owner of successfully transitioning the marketing and patient focused activities to the marketing channel owners. -- The primary function of this role is to successfully complete the diligence of all the marketing activities that the previous owner/organization had prior to the transaction, and transfer that knowledge to channel leads in digital, social, CRM and local marketing activations. --This person will also ensure that patients receive required communications via email, direct mail, legal notifications in newspapers as well as in-office signage, as legally or operationally indicated. This role operates in the marketing department, and is the functional representative for the team that leads the integrations efforts; thus, this role requires this individual build working relationships across internal teams like Practice Transitions (M&A), Integrations, Operations, Accounting, Legal, IT and Professional Services ((clinical) teams. This person will manage multiple deals concurrently, and will externally interact with the newly acquired doctors and staffs as necessary, as well as, transition the vendors they had previously used as appropriate. The organization moves fast and a successful candidate will be able to deal with the pace while ensuring accuracy in completion of individual acquisitions projects. Candidate should have strong written and oral communication skills and experience communicating to senior level management. Essential Duties and Responsibilities-- -- -- -- -- Responsible for the diligence, from a marketing aspect, of pending deals and transitioning those brands/locations/doctors to existing MyEyeDr. marketing programs and efforts; including patient outreach, digital, web, and local marketing programs and activations. -- -- -- -- Coordinate across departments (including Marketing, Acquisitions, Integrations, Office Operations, Legal, Accounting, IT and Professional Services) the planning related to upcoming acquisitions, and then own the collection and verification of information needed to ensure acquired practice marketing assets and programs are integrated into MyEyeDr. broader marketing plans. -- -- -- -- Achieve marketing spend efficiencies by identifying potential overlaps in acquired practices' activities and rationalizing against current MyEyeDr. programs/vendors -- -- -- -- Develop and execute initial patient communications announcing practice/doctor acquisition; ensuring they are accurate and timely, and conform to legal requirements. -- -- -- -- Maintain calendar and project plan for each pending deal for marketing activities, through deal close and subsequent internal launch dates. -- -- -- -- Transition that knowledge across the marketing team and its vendor partners as appropriate to ensure seamless operations. Work Experience -- -- -- -- 2-5 years of experience in management of projects, preferably in a marketing function. -- -- -- -- Experience at multi-unit medical practice or retail is a plus. -- -- -- -- Understanding/awareness of Digital/web marketing a plus given need to ensure information on digital/web/social assets are captured and coordinated as part of the overall acquisition process. Education -- -- -- -- -- 4-year college degree or equivalent experience Credentials (if required)-- Skills Able to manage multiple projects concurrently Strong oral and written communication skills Strong Organization Skills with attention to detail Self-Starter Performance Oriented Strong time management Proficient in MS Office Suite Familiarity with Smart Sheets a plus Able to meet aggressive deadlines Team Oriented Comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment Willingness to learn and ask questions - learning where to go for the right information -- Working Conditions -- -- -- -- Travel up to 10% of the time may be required. -- -- -- -- Access information using a computer. -- -- -- -- Effectively communicate and exchange information with others. -- -- -- -- Regular, dependable attendance and punctuality are essential. -- -- -- -- Must be able to lift up to 20 lbs. and move about the office. -- -- -- -- This position is performed in a traditional office environment.
