Interim VP, Human Resources (Health Plan)The health plan serves customers through a network of providers, including specialists, primary care physicians, and hospitals.--Experience with Traditional Commercial Plans - Vantage (HMO), Plus (PPO), Point of Service (POS) is highly preferred.Lead an HR Business Partner organization built on strategic thought leadership, proactive partnership, openness, and transparency that cultivates excellent relationships with business line leaders. Develop a strong understanding of major business drivers, dynamics and operations across functional lines to provide effective counsel on HR matters, including strategies and solutions. Communicate the HR vision and link to the System's Strategic Plan. Ensure the HR Business Partner function aligns performance with corporate objectives. Establish and implement HR plans and strategies that are broadly communicated and support the overall vision and organizational objectives. Assess, build and develop the Strategic Business Partner function to ensure business alignment, progressive solutions, and strategic partnership with the health plan president and other key leaders. Function as a strategic thought partner and business advisor to the plan president and executive/senior management leaders regarding important organizational and management matters. Lead and support HR Business Partners in the overall journey for team members, ensuring appropriate internal programs for high levels of engagement and retention are in place.Advise, mentor, influence, and coach operational leaders to instill a mindset of high performance and effective change management.--As a "translator of culture," serve as a role model and champion for innovation, customer focus, service, and execution excellence.ExperiencePreferred experience would be 10-15 years in Human Resources (VP level).--Experience in Healthcare is a must, experience in a Health Plan is highly preferred.--EducationA bachelor's or master's degree from an accredited university or college in business, management, human resources, healthcare administration or related discipline is required.--Interim roles typically require an onsite presence, so the ability to travel to the client site each week while on an assignment is required (80% travel).Rudish Health will keep your information on file and will contact you if your qualifications match the requirements for any specific assignments.
