Job Description Job Description Hiring: DAS Field Engineer (Public Safety/Wireless) – Northern VA, DC, Central MD Area Key Responsibilities: - Perform on-site testing, commissioning, integration, and optimization of DAS systems - Conduct wireless and public safety radio testing - Troubleshoot DAS alarms, signal issues, and customer complaints - Support preventive maintenance and system evaluations - Coordinate with carriers, customers, and cross-functional teams - Maintain documentation, work tickets, and reports Basic Qualifications: - 2 years of experience in DAS (Public Safety & Wireless) - Hands-on experience with commissioning, integration, and optimization - Experience with tools like Spectrum Analyzer, PCTEL, OTDR, Fluke tester - Knowledge of RF fundamentals, DAS design, BDA, antenna theory, and link budgets - Strong troubleshooting skills and field experience - Valid driver’s license and ability to pass background checks Preferred: - DAS OEM certifications (JMA, Comba, Corning, CommScope, etc.) - Strong communication and teamwork skills - Familiarity with MS Office tools Company Description • What you didn’t know about us: • Competitive salary • Health, Dental and Vision Benefits • Short/Long Term Disability and Critical Care/Illness Protection • Life Insurance and Retirement Plans • Employee Assistance Program • With this position, you will get the opportunity to work with our game changing clients and further advance your already valuable experience in the telecom industry! • We are Connectors.
