RJM Commercial Mechanical Services is a growing commercial HVAC and refrigeration company specializing in restaurants and light commercial properties. We are building a structured, documentation-driven service company — not a chaotic “run and gun” shop. We are hiring a Commercial Refrigeration Service Technician who can diagnose, repair, and maintain commercial equipment confidently and professionally. What You’ll Work On: Walk-in coolers & freezers Reach-ins & prep tables Ice machines Rooftop units & split systems Restaurant exhaust systems Preventative maintenance programs This is primarily commercial work. No residential sales pressure. What We’re Looking For: 3–10 years commercial refrigeration experience Strong troubleshooting & diagnostic ability EPA certification Ability to work independently Professional communication with clients Clean driving record HVAC experience is a plus. Many of our refrigeration techs service both.
