Wanted! Are you an A-Level Automotive Technician with 7 years of
experience , looking for a shop that values your skills, pays you
hourly ($40-$50/hr) (not flat rate!), and gives you your weekends

Whether it's general auto repair, fleet work, diagnostics, EVs, or

in mentorship, teamwork, and keeping a positive, drama-free
workplace. What You Bring to the Table: 7 years of hands-on
automotive repair experience (preferred). Strong diagnostic skills
and familiarity with Mitchell/Bolt-On DVIs . Virginia State
Inspection License (or willingness to obtain). A passion for
mentoring younger techs and helping the team grow. Ability to work
on various makes and models —including luxury vehicles. Perks &
