Job Description:
At Amazon Web Services (AWS), we are at the forefront of cloud
computing, delivering robust and scalable solutions to customers
worldwide. We are currently seeking an experienced Sr. Hardware
Reliability Engineer to join our Infrastructure Reliability and
Quality team. This role is key to ensuring the high reliability and
quality of AWS's physical infrastructure. The ideal candidate will
apply advanced engineering principles to lead the development,
evaluation, and improvement of manufacturing, assembly, and
fabrication processes for hardware components crucial to our
network. Lead the development and evaluation of potential
reliability solutions and innovations for hardware components.
Design and implement reliability tests for existing and new product
infrastructure. Analyze failure, corrective and preventive measures
to respond to customer reliability issues. Collaborate with design
and production teams to ensure quality standards are met. Prepare
and present reliability analysis reports to management. Expertise
in hardware design and manufacturing processes. Strong analytical
skills with a proven track record in problem-solving in hardware
engineering. Proficiency in reliability prediction software and
tools. Familiarity with industry standards for hardware reliability
and quality assurance. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision
Insurance Life Insurance 401k Certified Reliability Engineer (CRE)
or similar certification preferred.
