The successful candidate will engage in a spectrum of projects ranging from the design and operation of energy generating systems to exploring renewable and alternative energy sources. This position is pivotal in helping Constellation achieve its goal of powering the future in an environmentally responsible way. Design, test, and implement energy systems that enhance service reliability and efficiency. Lead cross-functional project teams to achieve technical objectives and project deliverables within time and budget constraints. Analyze system performance and recommend improvements based on current industry trends and technological advances. Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and safety standards. Collaborate with other departments to integrate new technologies and practices that enhance sustainability and reduce environmental impact. Advanced knowledge of energy systems engineering Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Proficient in AutoCAD, MATLAB, or other engineering software Excellent leadership and project management capabilities Effective communication and interpersonal skills Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred Certified Energy Manager (CEM) is a plus
