Evaluate and incorporate emerging technologies and sustainable practices into projects. Lead cross-functional teams, providing technical guidance and mentoring junior engineers. Ensure compliance with industry standards, environmental laws, and safety regulations. Proficiency in energy management systems Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Experience with renewable energy technologies and systems Project management and leadership capabilities Familiarity with regulatory compliance and technical standards in the energy sector Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k PE (Professional Engineer) License preferred Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is advantageous
