hour plus commissions Earning potential over $100K/year based on
performance Sign-on Bonus: $1800 for Apprentice Licensed HVAC Techs
/ Lead Installers $6000 for Journeyman Licensed HVAC Techs / Lead
Installers $8000 for Master Licensed HVAC Techs / Lead Installers

Responsibilities: Your Role as a Residential HVAC Technician As a
Residential HVAC Service Technician, you will: Troubleshoot,
service, and repair residential HVAC systems with the support of
full training, professional tools, and a strong leadership network.
Deliver exceptional HVAC service and customer satisfaction
Qualifications: What You Need: 3 years of residential HVAC
experience EPA certification Valid driver's license & clean driving
record Must pass background and drug screening Ability to enter
attics, crawlspaces, and lifting heavy equipment If you have the
