REQUIREMENTS: 5 years of civil engineering experience; Project
Manager with Design capabilities, ideally Baltimore County &
Baltimore City experience AutoCad Civil 3D proficiency
RESPONSIBILITIES: - Project management & design for land
development civil engineering projects - Coordinate with clients,
consultants, engineering team, etc. - Design and draft civil
engineering plans from conceptual design through construction
administration; Assist with surveying, land planning & zoning,
permitting, landscape architecture - Hydraulic calculations,
Erosion and Sediment Control Design, stormwater management,
grading, sewer & treatment facility design, site plans, subdivision
design, parking lot design, utility, water main Interested in
