Job Description:
OverviewWork with experts across the enterprise to identify and
prioritize the development of new and existing technology products.
Contribute to the technology product vision and delivery, feature
prioritization, product operations, and ongoing product management.
Partner with various business units and technology partners to
evaluate and articulate new products' value/business
propositions.ResponsibilitiesResponsible for developing software
with the Pega platform to support a large-scale IT
systemResponsible for working on Pega development stories and tasks
to completion with each sprint as part of an Agile delivery team
that uses Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)Participate in Epic, Story,
Task identification, and elaboration activities and promote Pega
capabilities to maximize feature utilization and deliver the most
optimal product possible.Frequently communicates with co-workers,
management, and customers, which may involve delivering
presentationsProvide comprehensive day-to-day oversight for
assigned Navy Federal Credit Union (NFCU) systems in compliance
with NFCU standards processesProvide oversight and responsibility
in following the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) utilizing
Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) practicesAnalyzes, defines, and
documents requirements for data, workflow, logical processes,
hardware, and operating systems environment, interfaces with other
systems, internal and external controls, and outputMust be able to
exchange accurate information in these situationsDesign, implement,
manage, and participate in ongoing development to support Pega
product pipelines using Azure ADO and PegaSupport continuous
integration, write code and scripts (e.g., build & deployment),
create CI/CD pipelines, and automate infrastructure, workflow, and
testingTo code/integrate solutions of quality, standards, and
design patterns within planned sprint timelinesPartner with
solution architect(s), Business Analysts to deliver architecture
compliance guidelines, security requirements, and design and
development standardsIdentifies and resolves conflicts between
proposed solutions and existing systems to ensure
compatibilityResponsible for the implementation of
systems/applications into test and production environments.
Prepares implementation plans and change requests required for
system migrationLeads the effort to provide technical support to
customers during the software warranty periodWorks directly with
Technology Product Analysts to support the development of the
project backlog, including daily Scrum meetings, user story
refinement, and sprint managementPerforms root cause analysis to
identify and resolve issues causing recurring technical problems
quicklyPerforms other duties as assigned and able to work
independentlyQualificationsBachelor's or Graduation in Information
Systems Technology, Computer ScienceHands-on experience and
programming knowledge in Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
platforms, primarily PEGAAdvanced hands-on experience/knowledge in
Web Services, including WSDL; SOAP/XML-based web services, RESTful
web services, XSD, XPath, XQuery, XSLT, Angular, jQueryMust have
Skill in one or more languages or technologies such as Java, .Net,
C/C++, Python, and IOS. SQLExperience implementing best practices
in Pega design/codingAbility to work and communicate effectively
with program managementExperience working on various rules and
features like Flows, Activities, User Interface, Flow Actions,
Agents, SLA, Correspondence, Security, Reports, Listeners (File,
MQ), Connectors developmentIntegrate and deploy solutions in Robot
Manager and PEGA BPM platform, Pega Workflow, Pega Integrations,
and Pega SupportUnderstanding IT and release/delivery using CICD
pipelines and Azure ADHave hands-on experience/knowledge in
service-oriented architecture (SOA) and enterprise service bus
(ESB) conceptsHands-on experience and programming knowledge of SQL
and MSSQLAdvanced experience/knowledge in systems, workflow, and
procedural analysisDemonstrated ability to prioritize, plan, and
organize tasksDemonstrated interpersonal, verbal, and written
communication skillsPractical skills in resolving conflicting
requests and meeting changing requirementsPractical Skill in using
