Project Controls Engineer Nassau Bahamas US Secret Clearance Required PRO-Telligent, A Tetra Tech Company, needs a Project Controls Engineer in the Bahamas for construction of $225M 5 Acre New U.S. Embassy Compound (NEC) with State Dept. Bureau of Overseas Buildings Operations (OBO) starting in March/April. Requires a US Govt. Secret Security Clearance. This is a live position, not a proposal and you will be joining our team that already has 3 people on the ground. You will be the 4th.
The Project

• $225M 5 Acre New US Embassy Compound (NEC)
  • Multi-building complex in downtown Nassau
  • New Office Building (NOB)
  • 3 Compound Access Control Buildings (CACs)
  • Marine Security Guard Residence (MSGR)
  • Support Annex (SPX) and Utility Building (UTL)
  • Parking (PKG) surface and structured for 147 vehicles
  • Position is expected to last 12-18 months.
  • Housing and transportation allowances provided.
  • Uplift includes 5% of base salary as well as 50% COLA.
  • Benefits (medical, dental, vision, 30 days paid time off a year, paid round trip flights home every 10 months on assignment) Position Description
    • Manage operations of NEC project office related to project's cost and schedule.
    • Perform full range of project controls report drafting and production (MS Office Suite), cost management, schedule management (Primavera), change order management, and submittal management.
    • Prepare reports and Independent Government Estimates (IGEs) and maintain daily construction log.
    • Review construction contractor's monthly application for payment and advise NEC Project Director of findings. Requirements US Govt.
