and/or opportunities, including process improvement, system
enhancement, and training. In this role, you will support the
development, networking, and/or project management of strategic

Enterprise GRC - Business Architecture - Senior Associate role will
offer you the flexibility to make each day your own, while working
alongside people who care so that you can deliver on the following
responsibilities
- Map, evaluate, and recommend improvements to processes within
Enterprise Operational Risk and Enterprise Risk Management
- Contribute to the identification of operational pain points
and/or opportunities to increase efficiency and productivity.
- Support the development of new initiatives to satisfy strategic
business objectives.
- Contribute to the development of business process models and
document operational guidelines.
- Monitor ongoing process enhancements for improved business
performance.QualificationsTHE EXPERIENCE YOU BRING TO THE
TEAMMinimum Required Experiences
- 2 years of demonstrated experience documenting process, risk,
and control mappings in a highly regulated industry (i.e.:
Financial Services, Pharmaceuticals, Energy)
- 1 year of Business Processing Modeling Notation (BPMN)
experience
- 1 year of experience using ARIS or other enterprise process
modeling tool such as iGrafx, MEGA, Celonis, Alfressco or
ProVision
- Strong analytical skills with experience collecting, analyzing,
and visualizing data
- Experienced presenter with strong oral and written
communication skillsDesired Experiences
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Skilled in presenting information and/or ideas to an audience
in a way that is engaging and easy to understand
- Demonstrated experience working with people with different
functional expertise respectfully and cooperatively to work toward
a common goal
- Experience working with a Governance, Risk and Compliance
(eGRC) toolSkills
- Strong organizational, facilitation, and engagement management
skills
- Self-motivated and delivers with speed and precisionTools
- Advanced skills with MS Excel, PowerPoint, and
