Job Purpose or Summary: RTL Networks seeks a talented Cyber Security Engineer to join our team. The team delivers solutions that modernize and enable government Information Technology operations.You will support the implementation of security automation, AI/ML-enabled Predictive Analytics to secure networks, and Just-in-Time Privileged Account Management (JiT PAM).You ll Bring These Qualifications:

• Good understanding of cyber security and computer network defense tactics
• Experience working with cyber security tools, conducting security scans, and developing mitigation solutions
• Experience implementing Just-in-time privileged account management
• Experience implementing the A&A process
• Experience with ICD 503 documentation (e.g., compliance, configuration management, and contingency planning)
• Experience working in a SECDEVOPs environment These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:
  • Experience implementing Splunk IT Service Intelligence (ITSI) dashboards, ML Toolkit predictive models, and playbooks to respond to events across service areas.
