Job Description Job Description Speech Language Pathologist – Elementary Pre-K- 5th Location: Ellicott City, MD On-Site Grade Level: Pre-K - 5th Start Date: FMLA Coverage April 13th - June 15th 2026 / 8:15AM - 3:45PM Salary Range: $47-$71 hourly based on experience About the Opportunity AnthroMed Education is seeking an SLP for an FMLA leave in a collaborative, student-focused district in Ellicott City, MD. What You’ll Do: Provide therapy and intervention services to students Address expressive/receptive language and pragmatic skills Support students with behavior management needs as related to communication Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate closely with teachers, staff, and families Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with district and state requirements Caseload Details: This is an FMLA, so the selected SLP will enter the position with a schedule already established The district uses a weighted caseload model to help address workload Nearly all caseloads are within 20-40 students and include students with a range of disabilities/severity levels (i.e. articulation delay, language delay, Autism) Access to shared office space Qualifications Master’s Degree in Speech Language Pathology (MSLP) MD Department of Health SLP License Experience with elementary school populations strongly preferred Strong communication, collaboration, and cultural competence Why Join AnthroMed Education?
