Job Description Job Description Speech Language Pathologist – Elementary School Kindergarten - 6th Grade Location: Lititz, PA On-Site Grade Level: Kindergarten - 6th Grade Start Date: Full-Time FMLA Coverage March 9th - June 5th Salary Range: $62,000 - $80,000 (based on experience) About the Opportunity AnthroMed Education is seeking an SLP for an FMLA leave in a collaborative, student-focused district in Lititz, PA. What You’ll Do: Provide therapy and intervention services to students Address expressive/receptive language and pragmatic skills Support students with behavior management needs as related to communication Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate closely with teachers, staff, and families Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with district and state requirements Caseload Details: A blended caseload of students with a range of diagnoses and severity levels Caseload number is 57, 3 of whom are consult-only, 8 of whom are in a self-contained autistic support classroom. SLP will treat students from K-6th grade Will cover Autistic Support classrooms, which include pre-k, K, 1st grade, and 2nd grade students Access to Shared Office Space Qualifications PA Ed SPecialist Certificate PA SLP License Why Join AnthroMed Education?
