Job Description Job Description Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1 year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. A position is available for a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with experience across multiple educational levels, supporting students from Pre-K through Grade 12. This role offers the opportunity to provide critical speech and language therapy services in a dynamic school setting, helping students develop essential communication skills. Key Responsibilities: Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in students. Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to the needs of students from early childhood to high school. Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other educational professionals to support student progress. Monitor and document student progress, adjusting therapy plans as necessary. Provide consultative support and strategies for classroom staff. Desired Skills and Experience: Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist with valid certification. Experience working with children across early childhood, elementary, middle, and high school levels (Pre K12). Strong understanding of developmental milestones and diverse communication disorders. Ability to adapt therapy techniques for different age groups, including grades K-5, 6-8, and 9-12. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
