No teaching experience required. Training will be provided. Our Faculty members … Have high energy level and ability to engage students Have excellent presentation skills Learn our practice and strategies quickly Receive and respond to ongoing training, development, and feedback Mentor and help guide students of all levels achieve their best Position Requirements: 3 to 5 years of work experience as an electrician or related field Associate's Degree preferred Strong organizational skills Ability to use common software programs (MS Word/Excel/Outlook etc.) Excellent verbal and written communication skills Great interpersonal skills About our company: YTI Career Institute, a subsidary of Porter and Chester Institute, is a trade school for over 75 years and adheres to one basic vision: to educate and train our students to the level that will make them competent employees.
