SalientCRGT is seeking an experienced Navy Surface Warfare Instructor/Trainer to support our Royal Saudi Naval Forces (RSNF) Educational Support Services (ESS) effort. The Instructor/Trainer will provide RSNF personnel training on techniques, processes, and procedures relating to Naval surface operations and general navy surface warfare training. Training will be conducted onsite in the classroom and warfare simulator, at numerous locations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA). Perfect opportunity for prior Navy Surface Warfare Officers (SWO), Pilots/NFOs (P-8, P-3, SH-60), or Senior Enlisted in the ratings that served Operations, Combat Systems, or Intelligence, all with senior watch-standing experience in ships' Combat Information Centers.Specific Duties/Job requirementsDeliver, instruct, and facilitate instructor led Surface Warfare Training. Potential subject matter includes:Prospective Commanding Officer (CO)/ Executive Officer (XO) TrainingBasic Officer QualificationAdvanced Officer QualificationOperations Officer TrainingQuartermaster Advanced TrainingNavigation Officer TrainingManeuvering Board TrainingWeapons Officer TrainingSearch and Rescue (SAR) TrainingRules of the Road Refresher TrainingAllied Tactical Publication (ATP) I Volume II FamiliarizationOfficer of the Deck (OOD) Refresher TrainingRadio Telephone Communications ProceduresCombat Information Center (CIC) TrainingSupport and provide input to the RSNF ESS courseware development team to ensure training materials are current and updatedImplement RSNF student critiques into RSNF ESS training materials, as requiredPrepare RSNF ESS Lesson Plans (LP) and ensure all Terminal and Enabling Objectives are effectively trainedUtilize RSNF ESS Power Point Presentations, Job Sheets, and visual aids to support learning retention of RSNF studentsAdminister and grade RSNF ESS tests and examsOther duties and responsibilities as assigned by RSNF ESS Program Manager and Operations Manager#cjpost#ZR Required QualificationsRequired Experience/EducationCandidate shall have a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of three years-experience instructing students in military programs.Candidate shall possess knowledge and experience in the application of Navy training theories, policies, principles, procedures, and techniques.Candidate should be a subject matter expert in Anti-Surface Warfare, Anti-Air Warfare, Anti-Submarine Warfare, Amphibious Warfare, Mine Warfare, Naval Gunfire Support, and search and rescue operations.Candidate must have Tactical Action Officer (TAO) watch-standing experience in ships' Combat Information Centers.
