talented employees. Job Description: The Solution Engineering Team
provides support for revenue opportunities by developing sales
strategies, applying product knowledge to ensure proper solution
for the client and developing complex and potentially customized
solutions to meet client needs. This role requires a deep product
knowledge across CoreLogic business units and/or deep industry
expertise, providing industry insight and technology, knowledge of
business processes and unparalleled solution expertise to clients.
Advises and consults with clients at the senior
management/executive level to identify business needs and realize
requirements by understanding business processes and industry
technology. In addition to serving clients, the Solution Engineer
should be comfortable with staff leadership and maintaining client
relationships. Job Duties
- Work with customers and prospects to understand and analyze
their business and make recommendations to enhance the business
which may include best practices or customized/new solutions.
- Partner with sales and other client-facing groups to develop,
price and present solutions to clients and prospects for both
feedback and implementation.
- Partner with sales and finance to complete solution engineering
efforts, provide support for contracting language and provide

communicating industry best practices, evaluating risk cost versus
reward tradeoffs based on client-specific needs.
- Requires a high degree of complexity and understanding of the
mortgage and lending industry.

levels of authority and experience re: complex concepts and
initiatives involving significant investment.
- Provide leadership to Solution Engineering team members within
- Conduct research in regard to industry trends and adapt/develop
existing solutions and new solutions in response to those
- Represent CoreLogic as industry experts at conferences, events
and client meetings. Job Qualification: Education, Experience,
Knowledge and Skills
- 10+ Years' experience working for or interacting with a major
Bank, Lender, Servicer, Consulting Firm and/or client facing
product consulting experience
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in
business or finance, MBA preferred
- Significant understanding of CoreLogic data and analytical
- In-depth understanding of the mortgage, lending, and/or
servicing industries for residential and/or commercial real estate.
Ability to define strategy, develop requirements, design and
present solution in clear manner.
- Experience building and delivering highly effective and complex
reports in Excel and PowerPoint presentations to senior level
managers and executives.
- Networking, negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work with various
levels of management within our customer base.
- Ability to influence and persuade management professionals at
varying levels of authority and experience
- Proficient with process design, re-design, project management
methodologies and business requirements gathering techniques
