You'll manage complex components of an engagement, working closely with clients and their customers to understand their pain points. Your strategic recommendations will drive change in a digitally-enabled era and give you the opportunity to collaborate with highly talented IBMers. Are you ready? Your Role and Responsibilities Leverage lean-agile experience and expertise to initiate and optimize delivery engagements for IBM Public Service customers. You'll advise government programs, government leadership, IBM leadership, and IBM practitioners/teams on lean-agile principles, practices, and methodologies. Internally, you'll help with solution development, proposal collateral, and training development/delivery. Externally, you'll help customers transform their programs, coach development teams and key stakeholders, and improve continuous delivery practices.
