Specialist Job Summary: We’re seeking a self-driven Paid Media &
Account Management Specialist who thrives in a fast-paced setting
to join a global Association headquartered in Washington, DC . This
is hybrid position, requiring you to work onsite in Washington, DC
two days a week. The position is twofold: 1) serving as an account
manager for the company’s internal agency/studio, and 2) managing
the company’s paid media efforts. For the internal studio, you will
be responsible for client management of projects, and lead overall
marketing strategy for the content studio. You’ll be responsible
for creating compelling proposal presentations to potential clients
that include the benefits of working with the studio, the program
framework along with clear objectives and KPIs, and a budget.
You’ll be responsible for delivering creative assets to clients on
schedule and on budget. In addition, you’ll work on marketing
campaigns to promote the studio’s product offerings. For paid
media, you’ll be leading 7-figure media budgets that focuses on
increasing ROI, traceability, and impact of all paid media across
the company. It will be critical that you have strong cross
functional leadership capabilities as you will be the key liaison
between the internal entities who “want to advertise” and the
agency experts who recommend how to achieve the desired outcomes.
On the performance side, you’ll be focused on digital acquisition
strategy, increasing retention, and engagement through targeted
paid campaigns with a strong emphasis on the analytics. A strong
understanding of the paid media landscape will be invaluable in
understanding key drivers, potential outcomes, and diagnosing
barriers towards performance. Paid Media & Account Management
Specialist Responsibilities: Work with internal and freelance
designers to develop creative assets. Coordinate sharing of art
concepts and deliverables between freelance designers, internal
teams, and clients. Develop and implement comprehensive timelines
and deliverable schedules for all projects by working with staff,
freelance writers and clients. Work with Senior Editor and clients
to define scope and content elements for creative assets.
Collaborate with all relevant teams (production, creative,
marketing, social media, etc.) to ensure projects and programs are
delivered on time and on budget. Lead status meetings with staff
members and freelance designers, if needed, in an efficient and
organized manner. Work closely with marketing teams to develop and
execute paid media strategies across search, social, display, and
programmatic channels to drive conversions. Manage paid media
budgets, ensuring efficient allocation to maximize ROI and growing
them as we demonstrate their impact and ROI vs. other channels Own
reporting and analytics, providing insights to refine paid media
strategies and meet business goals. Ensure creative is optimized
(through testing, experiments, insights, etc.) for the desired
outcomes and is on brand. Identify new opportunities for paid media
expansion, including emerging platforms and innovative ad formats.
Stay up-to-date with trends in digital advertising, emerging
platforms, and industry best practices. Paid Media & Account
Management Specialist Qualifications: Undergraduate degree in
marketing, communications, or other relevant field of study
required. Professional experience of 3-5 years in project
management or marketing role in related publishing, ad agency,
digital marketing, etc., are strongly preferred. Must demonstrate
ability to manage Proficiency in digital advertising platforms
(Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, etc.). Strong analytical skills
with experience in data-driven decision-making. Excellent
communication and project management abilities. Strong analytical
mindset, with experience in tracking and optimizing paid media
KPIs. Creative thinker with a passion for testing new approaches
and driving measurable growth. Managing multiple large-scale
projects simultaneously and experience with client management is a
plus. This job is Hybrid Remote. Pay Range: Hourly $32.00 to $40.00
