Description We are on the lookout for a skilled Graphic Designer to be part of our team. The role is based in Minneapolis, Minnesota. The selected candidate will be instrumental in creating unique logos to establish a powerful brand identity. This is a short-term contract opportunity where you can apply your creativity and design skills in a dynamic environment.Responsibilities: Create a primary logo for Branding and ensure it aligns with our branding strategy. Develop variations of the logo that can be used in multiple placements and formats, such as an icon and watermark. Utilize Adobe Creative Cloud, Adobe Dreamweaver, Adobe Flash, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, and Adobe Premiere Pro to create and modify designs as needed. Collaborate with the team to ensure that the logo effectively connects the market to its members. Create advertisements, artwork, banner ads, brochures, and other promotional materials to enhance brand awareness. Ensure all design elements, templates, and finished designs are responsive and meet quality standards. Stay updated with industry developments and tools, and use this knowledge to ensure that designs are contemporary. Provide creative input and suggest design improvements to maximize brand reach. Collaborate with the team to brainstorm new ideas, strategies, and design concepts. Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve design issues in a timely and effective manner Requirements Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud, Adobe Dreamweaver, Adobe Flash, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe InDesign.

• Logo Design experience Excellent skills in creating Advertisements and Artwork. Experience in designing Banner Ads and developing Brand Awareness. Proficient in designing Brochures. Skilled in using Adobe Premiere Pro. Strong understanding of graphic design principles, methods, and practices. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment. Ability to manage multiple tasks and work towards deadlines. Proven creative problem-solving skills. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to accept constructive feedback and make revisions accordingly. Knowledge of the latest trends in graphic design. Familiarity with image formatting and delivery processes. Demonstrated ability to adhere to brand guidelines in all design projects. A strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design work.
