Why You’ll Love This Role Set schedule — choose the shift that fits your life Supportive leadership & weekly coaching Opportunities to grow and master new skills A role where your communication talents truly shine Available Shifts Position 1 Mon–Thurs | 8:30 AM–7:00 PM (4x10s) Position 2 Mon–Fri | 10:00 AM–6:30 PM Position 3 Mon–Fri | 9:00 AM–5:30 PM (30-minute lunch) What You’ll Do Assist customers via phone, email, and chat Educate customers on products & recommend solutions Resolve issues with professionalism and empathy Provide a smooth, positive customer experience Maintain strong attendance & an 80% QA score Support web orders, returns, payments, and more What We’re Looking For 1–3 years call center customer service experience Steady work history Excellent communication skills A positive attitude & self-starter mindset Reliable, dependable, and coachable
