Details This is a contract to perm opportunity responsible for
assisting members and potential members with their financial needs
(via any member channel, i.e., phone, email, internet applications,
tickets, chats), opens new accounts, takes loan applications,
processes account transactions, resolves problems, and provides
assistance and information regarding products and services. What
you will do: Assists members via phone, chat, email with financial
transactions, opening and closing accounts, and applying for and
closing loans. Answers questions about products and services and
resolves problems that are within their authority to resolve
through the internet and email, and through mail/fax. Identify,
sell, cross-sell opportunities and actively cross-sells
products/services to members. Makes outbound calls as needed to
meet sales goals. Ensures appropriate records are maintained and
required reports are prepared. Follows all security and compliance
policies and procedures. Actively seeks opportunities to enhance
knowledge of products and services as well as member needs and
notify members of opportunities available to them through the
Credit Union. Provides support to the Training department with
various projects and administrative responsibilities. Produces
reports, platform administrator and schedules training Acts as
liaison between members and various departments. Conducts thorough
research to trouble-shoot member issues and questions. Follows
through on research and provides resolution to members within
