respect, and room to grow. Position Overview The Maintenance
Technician is responsible for performing general repairs, routine
maintenance, and light installations across HOA communities. This
role requires a versatile, hands-on professional who can
troubleshoot issues, complete work efficiently, and represent Vero
Maintenance with professionalism on-site. Requirements Perform
general maintenance and repair work across residential HOA
communities Complete work orders including, but not limited to:
Drywall repair and painting Minor plumbing repairs (leaks,
fixtures, toilets, sinks) Basic electrical work (outlets, switches,
light fixtures) Door, lock, and hardware repairs Fence, gate, and
railing repairs Flooring repairs (vinyl, tile, minor carpet fixes)
Cabinetry, trim, and carpentry touch-ups Conduct routine
inspections and identify maintenance issues before they escalate
Respond to urgent maintenance requests and emergency calls as
needed Accurately document work performed, materials used, and job
status Communicate clearly with supervisors, property managers, and
residents when appropriate Maintain a clean, safe, and organized
work environment Follow safety protocols, HOA rules, and company
standards at all times Other duties as assigned Qualifications 2
years of experience in general maintenance, handyman services, or
facilities maintenance Broad working knowledge of plumbing,
electrical, carpentry, and general repairs Ability to diagnose
issues and recommend appropriate solutions Strong attention to
detail and quality workmanship Reliable transportation and valid
driver’s license Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical
tasks throughout the day Comfortable working independently and
managing daily assignments Professional demeanor and strong
customer service skills Strong attention to detail Preferred (Not
Required) Experience working in HOA, condominium, or multi-family
communities Maintenance certifications or trade licenses
Familiarity with maintenance ticketing or work-order systems
