Paving Laborer Job Summary: A paving laborer performs tasks involving physical labor to include lutes black top, shovel material and performs traffic control operations. Assists other workers as required in various operations. Company Core Values: Do the Right Thing, Always Find A Way or Make One Say What You Mean Exceed Customer Expectations Major Duties & Responsibilities: Seals asphalt joints Operates street cut saw Lutes blacktop Operates medium sized equipment (Skid Steer, Screed, Small Roller) Wears all applicable Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) Complies with all company and OSHA mandated safety and health guidelines Performs additional duties as assigned Education/Training: Willing to train the right person with good work ethic. Asphalt paving labor experience a plus.
