Job Description Job Description Job Title: Saw Helper Job Description We are seeking an entry-level Saw Helper to support our Saw Operator during shifts. This role involves retrieving products and setting them up for cutting. It offers a great opportunity to learn and advance within the company. Responsibilities Support the Saw Operator during shifts. Retrieve products and prepare them for cutting. Assist with various tasks as needed during the shift. Maintain good attendance and work 12-hour shifts. Essential Skills Saw operation Production Machine operation Ability to stand for 12-hour shifts Basic math skills Ability to read and interpret work orders, safety instructions, and manuals Shift A rotating schedule of 3 days on, 12 hours per day is in place. Employees receive a pay rate of $17.85/hr for day shifts with a $0.40 differential for night shifts. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Dillsburg, PA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $17.85 - $18.25/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
