Are you looking for a unique employee experience where you can apply your passion and talents in consumer marketing to drive global impact As the VP of Global Brand Marketing, you will build and lead a team of creatives, public relations, social media and communications experts across Company's global brand while developing and executing brand strategy to increase Company’s global brand identity and brand awareness. Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, the VP of Global Brand Marketing will craft and maintain the company brand, including messaging, tone, design, and public and analyst relations. Responsibilities Drives innovation and efficiency, develops and nurtures a global brand marketing team Focuses on business success metrics, own global consumer brand strategy including positioning, messaging, and creative across awareness, partnerships, public relations and influencer relations Leads and provides strategic guidance on identifying and engaging with media, analysts, and influencers Through consistent, creative direction, provides expertise and drive success on brand-level video, web, and graphic design projects Requirements 10 years of proven success in global consumer marketing overseeing a team of creatives and public relations and media outreach experts A strong grasp of consumer insights and needs and the ability to relate to, influence, and compel our audience A visionary approach and are an inspirational leader with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and exceptional people skills Drive through creative intuition but able to gut check and course-correct with data, as well as report results and optimize using data An eye for design and typography and the ability to deliver constructive feedback on projects to the creative team Experience managing high-performance teams in multiple office locations internationally and experience with other creative disciplines a plus (e.g. video, events, front-end, audio/visual, etc.) A BA/BS required; Master’s preferred
