Job Description:
The Media Manager at Radancy is an indispensable source of
knowledge and partner to our internal account teams and clients.
Working directly and autonomously with account management and
clients to provide the strategic direction of client media
campaigns. The ideal candidate will be able to present to account
teams and clients, analyze and simplify complex data for insights,
pay close attention to details (no matter how small) and identify
and negotiate with media vendors. Additionally, there needs to be a
constant curiosity to stay ahead of a changing and complex
marketplace. Studies have shown that women and people of color are

closely with media to negotiate packages to offer the best value to
clients--- Manage multiple projects and clients at any given
time--- Present complex concepts and metrics in a user-friendly way
--- Work directly with clients and account teams to understand
overall objectives and how they relate to a client's media goals---
Use this client knowledge to build integrated media plans that
achieve client goals--- Understands what niche target
audiences/industries are and can create media plans to accommodate
these.--- Conducts media research based on inputs from internal and
external stakeholders--- Plans and buys media and can work within
set budgets, can make recommendations based on client feedback/cost
constraints--- Comfortable working with aviation, aerospace and
defense industry media, for both digital and traditional
options.--- Understands foundations of Google Analytics, general
metrics reporting and can interpret/KPIs and metrics --- Analyze
the results and make optimization recommendations while the media
is live and use empirical data to improve results for the next
buying cycle--- Write customized analysis including online media,
search engine campaigns, social metrics, mobile metrics, and web
analytics that highlight campaign strengths and weaknesses and
provide actionable insights on campaign performance--- Tell the
full media story of the campaign lifecycle from inception through
optimization to results, and do so in a client-facing, consultative
manner--- 5+ years' experience with online media planning, buying
and web/media analytics and reporting--- Experience in the
recruitment, government, aviation, aerospace, defense markets
preferred--- Experience with highly targeted media outreach that
includes digital, social, mobile, programmatic, streaming
broadcast, geo fencing, and more.--- Familiarity with traditional
media a plus; this includes radio, outdoor and occasional print.---
Critical thinker who can present complex concepts, media
recommendations and data results in a clear and effective manner---

environment and meet tight deadlines--- Strong written and verbal
communication, organization, negotiation and troubleshooting
