The Role in Brief: Senior Director, Digital Marketing Do you have a passion for:

• setting big goals---and then crushing them?-- We are looking for a seasoned, creative, and results-driven marketing leader who will be charged with driving growth and innovation for EAB through digital channels and digital transformation. This individual will be responsible for partnering with teams across marketing to engage new audiences, generate sales-ready conversations, drive revenue, and create unparalleled partner experiences. The ideal candidate has a demonstrated history of driving change and tangible impact in high-growth, fast-moving environments. This hire will ideally be based in Washington, D.C. Strong applicants in other EAB office locations or who are based remotely will also be considered. Please note that this Digital Marketing leadership opening is also posted at the Managing Director level; applicants are being considered at both levels for the one current opening. Primary Responsibilities: Marketing Strategy and Innovation
  • Partner with EAB's head of marketing to develop a long-term marketing vision and strategy for EAB
  • Develop and refine an omni-channel vision to drive revenue through new logo acquisition and cross-sell marketing in a way that aligns with EAB's long-term business goals and strategic priorities
  • Identify digital initiatives that will lead to new growth opportunities, while implementing and sharing best practices across marketing teams and functions
  • Help develop effective, efficient, frictionless marketing programs that align with the expectations of B2B buyers
  • Measure and report to the executive team on the performance of digital marketing programs against ROI and KPI goals
  • Stay current in digital technology and marketing trends, ensuring we develop a digital strategy and roadmap that drives continuous innovation and improvement
  • Actively seek out opportunities for transformation and improvement in our business
  • Support, coach and lead a high functioning team of digital marketers and technologists, ensuring we can deliver the results required to advance our goals
  • Be an agent of change and work across teams to build a shared vision, strengthen collaboration, and improve results
  • Uphold a culture focused on innovation through testing and constant experimentation
  • Train and mentor colleagues to drive a culture of learning and improvement
  • Influence and educate colleagues across EAB on marketing trends, opportunities, and best practices Basic Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's degree in related field
    • 8+ years of direct experience in B2B digital marketing with a successful track record of developing strategies and delivering results across paid, earned, and owned channels
    • Proven track record of go-to-market innovation and driving revenue through cross-sell channels
    • Knowledge and experience with online marketing tools and best practices
    • Proven experience with Salesforce, Marketo, and other marketing technologies Ideal Qualifications:
      • 10+ years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in education or similar industry
      • Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on company's success
      • Expertise with Salesforce and Marketo plus proven experience with marketing technologies including Drift, ZoomInfo, Google Analytics, AdWords, Wordpress, Wistia, and HotJar
      • Ability to solve complex problems quickly, think creatively, and satisfy speed-to-market needs
      • Experience managing multiple complex initiatives simultaneously with the ability to flex and get in the weeds when necessary, and zoom out to paint a vision and build a strategy with stakeholders beyond marketing
