Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to serve as an Accounting Admin Assistant for a rapidly growing and dynamic construction group within Bonaventure. This position is responsible for providing administrative support to the Assistant Controller, Construction. Responsibilities:

  • Reconcile 3rd party Davis Bacon payroll reports
  • Submit reports and other documents to government agencies
  • Provide administrative support to the Assistant Controller, Construction
  • Perform data entry within multiple accounting systems
  • Prepare weekly/monthly reports as needed
  • Assist construction department staff with administrative tasks as needed Qualifications:
    • Familiar with Davis Bacon wage requirements
    • 4 year college degree preferred (Business, Finance, or Accounting)
    • 1 year of administrative support experience
    • Possess full working knowledge of Microsoft and Google suites
    • Experience with accounting software is a plus but not required
    • Be able to work in a high energy atmosphere and complete tasks without error
