direction for financial and administrative services including
budgeting, financial planning, general accounting, grant
accounting, cash & investments, debt management, payroll, invoice
processing, procurement, contract administration and financial
reporting. This position serves as a member of the President's
Cabinet. Minimum Qualifications MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: -
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple financial and
administration units. - Excellent written and verbal communication
skills. - Superior organization and leadership skills. - Strong
strategic planning abilities are required. - Extensive financial
and budget management experience is required. - Demonstrated

QUALIFICATIONS: Experience in higher education is preferred.
Master’s degree in a related field. Minimum 10 years of related
experience, preferably in government or higher education
