advancement. Currently ManTech is seeking a motivated, career, and
customer-oriented Senior Office Manager/Staff Officer to join our
team in Springfield, Virginia. Responsibilities include but are not
limited to:
- Provide support and assistance to GEOINT Mission Managers (GMM)
and the Mission Management Office (DOM) to plan, prepare, and
deliver updates on their mission areas to the Senior Advisor for
Mission Management or Deputy and Associate Director of Operations
(ADO):
- Request briefing topics from GMM at least 2 weeks in advance of
the Strategy Board
- Coordinate with Corporate governance POC for schedules of ADO
and D/ADO and ensure GMMs and stakeholders are included in the
calendar invites.
- Collect, prepare, and disseminate briefing information to meet
established timelines.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure they are prepared to
brief, including identifying briefer, notifying senior leadership
of the briefing schedule.
- Ensure GMM or representative is prepared to brief their
topic.
- Notify Mission Management leadership of any issues with
execution as soon as recognized.
- Create or improve the SOP and formalize the operation and
execution.
- Plan, schedule, and execute the Mission Management Council
(MMC) forums for members of the MMC.
- Plan topics for and schedule MMC meetings.
- Plan pre-briefs of topics.
- Ensure MMC is recorded for future review of DOM document and
publish the minutes.
- Provide other support and assistance to GEOINT Mission Managers
(GMM) as required to improve the integration of GEOINT across the
enterprise. Some activities are:
- Assist with Partner Engagement activities such as visit
coordination, IPRs, briefing preparation, visitor parking, room
reservations, slide transitions, and other tasks that further
mission integration across the NSG and ASG.
- Enable GMMs to participate in NSG and ASG governance through
the collection of data, preparation of materials, and thought
leadership.
- General Staff Officer Duties such as assisting with NCERTS
tasker coordination and create or improve SOPs to formalize the
operation and execution of repeatable processes.Required Skills:
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field with 11+ years of
experience; OR HS diploma and 15+ years of relevant office
administration experience
- Familiar with ICD 113 & ICD 900 requirements for mission
integration.
- Ability to integrate, prioritize, and satisfy tasks and
requirements within short timelines in a changing environment and
where requirements are often ambiguous.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite
- Expertise in GEOINT corporate processes.
- Ability to communicate effectively with both Senior Executives
and Pay banded employees alike.
- Ability to process complex information and present in a simple,
clearly understood manner, appropriate for the audience.Desired
Skills:
- NCERTS experience
- At least 5 years IC experience
- At least 5 years of DoD experience
- At least 5 years' experience with our GEOINT customerSecurity
Clearance Requirements:
- TS/SCI with the ability to obtain and maintain a Poly Physical
Requirements:
- Able to remain in a stationary position 50%.
- Constantly operate a computer and other office productivity
machinery, such as a copier, scanner, and computer printer.
- Frequently communicate with co-workers, management, and
customers, which may involve delivering presentations. For all
positions requiring access to technology/software source code that
is subject to export control laws, employment with the company is
