Summary
This announcement will close at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time on the date

This job is open to
Federal employees who meet the definition of a "surplus" or
"displaced" employee.

Qualifications
IN ORDER TO QUALIFY FOR THIS POSITION, APPLICANTS MUST POSSESS ONE
OF THE FOLLOWING:
One year (52 weeks) of specialized experience equivalent to at
least the GS-4 (ZS-II at NIST) level.
Specialized experience is defined as experience providing the
following administrative support services:
Four (4) years of education above high school
OR
An equivalent combination of specialized experience and
education
NOTE: Only education in excess of the first 60 semester hours
(i.e., beyond the second year) is creditable toward meeting the
specialized experience requirement. One full academic year of study
(30 semester hours) beyond the second year is equivalent to 6
months of specialized experience.
Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including
volunteer work done. We will credit all qualifying volunteer
experience in your application. The qualification requirements in
this vacancy announcement are based on the U.S. Office of Personnel
Management (OPM) Qualification Standards Handbook.

Education
This position allows applicants to qualify with education.
Transcripts must be submitted to validate that the education
requirement has been met. Unofficial transcripts will be accepted

accredited organization to ensure that it is comparable to
