Job Description:
Gallup is looking for a highly energetic and sophisticated team
player who can support and orchestrate the administrative functions
for a team of Gallup executives. Strong communication skills,
detail orientation, and the ability to be self-directed and
proactive will be essential to your success as you provide
impeccable service to internal and external customers.As an
administrative coordinator, you will skillfully manage calendars,
schedule and arrange complex travel plans, and organize, schedule
and prepare for events and meetings. You will also update and
maintain client information, provide follow-up notes from meetings,
update documents and presentations, help with setting up and
tearing down events and meetings, and other administrative
